Refund Policy

At dL Products, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we adhere to a strict no-return, no-exchange policy unless the product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Once the product is received in good condition, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
❗ Note: Products cannot be returned or exchanged once received in proper condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence showing the defect.
Send your claim to: support@dermalake.com
Upon validation of the claim, we will proceed with a return, replacement, or refund—whichever is deemed appropriate.
3. Non-Eligible Conditions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
The product was delivered in perfect condition and fully matches the order.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
The product has been used, opened, or tampered with, especially in the case of personal care products.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
